How is the certificate redeemed?
To redeem the certificate, your reservation has to be made through our toll free number 01 800 36 HOTEL (46835) or through our website www.choicehotelsmexico.com when making your booking. If booking on choicehotelsmexico.com, please enter the promotional code in the Corporative Client/Promotional Code field. Please reference the promotional code described on the reverse side of your certificate. The promotional certificate is subject to a minimum of a two-night consecutive stay. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount. The confirmation that the guest receives for a booking will be for the total cost of the requested nights without discounting the free night. The free night will be discounted directly at the participating hotel at check-in. Once the guest arrives at the participating hotel, he must present and give his certificate when checking in and inform the front desk staff that the last night of the stay will be free. If the original certificate is not presented by the guest when checking in, the guest will be unable to redeem for the free night.
This certificate applies with the following restrictions:
This promotion is valid from 10th September through 31st December, 2009. All certificates awarded on or before 31st December can be redeemed through 31st January, 2010.
Free night certificate will be issued to guest after completion of an initial stay at one of our participating hotels. The certificate will be handed out when checking out and it will apply to the guest’s next stay.
- A stay is defined as any number of consecutive nights at one hotel regardless of check-in or check-out dates.
The certificate will be valid as a form of payment for one night so it is required that the stay in which the certificate is to be redeemed is at least two consecutive nights.
The certificate only applies after making a reservation through the Choice Hotels Central Reservation toll free number 01 800 36 HOTEL (46835) or on the website www.choicehotelsmexico.com. Only one certificate can be redeemed per minimum two-night stay, per room.
Certificates are not cumulative.
The certificate does not apply to discount rates, agreements or any other promotion.
The certificate does not apply for group stays.
The promotion is only valid at Comfort Inn, Quality Inn and Sleep Inn hotels in Mexico.
The certificate only applies for the room rate, it does not apply to food and beverages or any other services provided by the hotel.
The promotion is subject to room availability in the hotel on the desired date.
The certificate only applies for single or double rooms. It does not apply to suites or any other type of room.
Each guest must surrender the original certificate when checking in at the hotel. Failure to provide an original certificate at check-in will result in the guest’s inability to receive a free night.
The certificate’s holder, when redeeming the certificate, will be subject to the terms of each hotel’s lodging services contract, as well as to any other applicable legal dispositions and to Choice’s policies.
The certificate is personal and non-transferable and it cannot be exchanged for money or other benefits other than a free night in accordance with these terms and conditions.
