How it the certificate redeemed?
To redeem the coupon, your reservation has to be made through the telephone number 01 800 36 HOTEL (46835) or through our website www.choicehotelsmexico.com Please reference the promotional code and the rate code that are in the back part of the coupon when making your booking. If booking on choicehotelsmexico.com, please enter the promotional code in the Corporative Client field to access the promotional rate.
The promotional coupon is subject to a minimum of one night. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.
The confirmation that the guest receives for the booking will be with the 25% off applied to the total cost of all the nights reserved.
At the time of check-in at the participating hotel, the guest must present the coupon and inform the front desk staff that the 25% discount has been applied to the reservation. If the original coupon is not presented at check-in, the discount will not be honoured by the hotel.
This coupon applies with the following restrictions:
- This promotion is valid from 1st January through 31st March, 2010. All coupons can be redeemed through 30th April, 2010.
- The coupon discount applies on rack rate before taxes.
- The coupon does not apply to discount rates, agreements or any other promotion or discount.
- The coupon will be issued to the guest after completion of an initial stay during the promotion period at one of our participating hotels in Mexico. The coupon will be given to the registered guest when checking out and it can be applied to such guest’s next stay through 30th April, 2010.
- A stay is defined as any number of consecutive nights at one hotel regardless of check-in or check-out dates.
- The coupon only applies after making a reservation through the Choice Hotels Central Reservation number 01 800 36 HOTEL (46835) or on the website www.choicehotelsmexico.com.
- Only one coupon can be redeemed per minimum 1-night stay, per room.
- Coupons are not cumulative.
- The coupon does not apply for group stays.
- The coupon is only valid for stays at Comfort Inn, Quality Inn and Sleep Inn hotels in Mexico.
- The coupon only applies for the room rate, it does not apply to food and beverages or any other services provided by the hotel.
- The coupon discount is subject to room availability in the hotel on the desired date.
- The coupon is applicable for all room types available.
- Additional person staying in the room with guest will be subject to an extra person charge. Discount does not apply to extra person charges.
- Each guest must surrender the original coupon when checking in at the hotel. Failure to provide an original coupon at check-in will result in the guest’s inability to receive the discount.
- The coupon’s holder, when redeeming the coupon, will be subject to the terms of each hotel’s lodging services contract, as well as to any other applicable legal dispositions and to Choice’s policies.
- The coupon is personal and non transferable and it cannot be exchanged for money or other benefits other than a discount of 25% off in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- The promotion shall be governed under Mexican applicable laws.
Each participating hotels shall be responsible to comply with the terms of the promotion in front of any discount coupon holder.
